Mixin’ Vixens is committed to inclusive and anti-oppressive practices in relation to all participants in our league. Women (including cisgender, trans, and intersex women) and gender non-conforming people over the age of 18 are eligible for full participation in Mixin’ Vixens (Reference). Mixin’ Vixens does not and will not set a minimum standard of femininity for its membership. Our league recognizes the value of creating safe space for our members, and aims to ensure that all participants’ rights are respected and protected.
Mixin’ Vixens actively works to promote a climate that is welcoming, inclusive, and affirming for trans, intersex, and gender non-conforming participants. Any conduct which fosters a hostile environment for any participant will not be tolerated. Mixin’ Vixens continues to increase its knowledge of issues that impact our trans, intersex, and gender non-conforming participants. The genders of the participants in our league are considered personal information and will not be disclosed outside of the league without prior consent from the participant.
